Pét-Nat is shortened from the French "pétillant naturel," and simply means "natural sparkling." It is produced using the "methode ancestrale," which is the oldest way of making sparkling wine. 100% Pinot Blanc grapes grown in our Estate Vineyard are bottle fermented and unfiltered. No added sugar, no secondary fermentation and no added Co2 pumped into the bottle. Naturally delicious. Raise a glass of bubbles to all of life’s celebrations!
The clarity for this unfiltered sparkling wine is stunning! Beautiful aromas of nectarine, lemon curd and fresh sourdough rise from the glass. Soft silky bubbles fill the palate layered with flavors of lemon bar, fresh baked bread and lemon meringue pie finishing crisp and clean.
