Our 2016 Pinot Blanc received a Double Gold medal and 95 points at the 2018 Savor NW wine competition. The wine was made in 100 percent stainless steel.
Originally from the Alsace region of France, the Pinot Blanc grape is a point mutation of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. Popular in Italy, France and Germany, it can be found in California, Oregon and Canada with small planting’s across Washington State. Medium to dry, our Pinot Blanc produces crisp wines with elegant flavors of pear, juicy white peach and melon with a touch of lime. The bouquet is slightly floral with tropical notes of pineapple, mango and nectarine.
Try it with cured meats and cheeses.
