On the nose aromas of fig, star anise, leather and black pepper stand out. Medium-full bodied, the wine is dry with medium plus acid and high tannins. Black pepper, sun dried tomato, cigar paper and red bell pepper fill the mouth leading to a lasting dry finish. Recommend cellaring between 2024 and 2029.
