Originally from the Alsace region of France, the Pinot Blanc grape is a point mutation of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. Popular in Italy, France and Germany, it can be found in California, Oregon and Canada with small planting’s across Washington State.
Another beautiful expression of Pinot Blanc from our Award Winning Estate Vineyard. This vintage offers subtle aromas of apricot, apple blossoms and melon. Medium-light body and off dry with bright acidity the wine is crisp, clean and refreshing while offering tropical flavors of lemon, pineapple, green apple, pear and white peach.
Try pairing with white fish tacos, shrimp scampi, fresh muscles and steamer clams or buttered popcorn.
