**Shipping Policy:**

All wine orders must be received and signed for by an individual who is at least 21 years of age or older. Please be advised that the delivery driver will not leave the package at the door if no one is present at the time of delivery. Tracking information will be provided via email. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the status of the package through the shipping company’s website. The shipping company will make three attempts to deliver your order; if these attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to Rider Cellars without prior notification. In such cases, the customer will be liable for the full shipping charges assessed by the shipping company, as well as any additional fees incurred thereafter. Should you anticipate being unavailable during the delivery attempts, you may arrange alternative delivery options with the shipping company using your tracking number on their website.
