Pét-Nat is shortened from the French "pétillant naturel," and simply means "natural sparkling." It is produced using the "methode ancestrale," which is the oldest way of making sparkling wine. 100% Pinot Blanc grapes grown in our Estate Vineyard are bottle fermented and unfiltered. No added sugar or non vintage base wine, no secondary fermentation and no added Co2 pumped into the bottle. Naturally delicious. Raise a glass of bubbles to all of life’s celebrations!
