The wine was barrel aged for 6 months in neutral oak while on the lees, before bottling unfined and unfiltered. The peachy aromas with subtle nutmeg and tangerine peel carry into the palate. Medium-plus weight with soft acidity make for a dry yet oily wine filled with flavors of nectarine, clove spice and dried apricot, finishing clean with slight minerality and orange zest.
